Trio / Privacy
Your lists.
Your device.
Trio does not send your tasks or goals to Sean Singh or to an app server. It has no accounts, advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs.
Device backups, visits to this website, and emails you choose to send are separate, as explained below.
Who is responsible
Trio is developed by Gurnishan Singh, known as Sean Singh. Apple's developer listing uses Gurnishan Singh; this website and support communications use Sean Singh. This policy covers the Trio app, its widgets, and these privacy and support pages on ssresearchlab.com. For privacy questions, contact ss212ny@gmail.com.
Information in the app
Trio stores task and goal titles, notes, log entries, dates, reminder settings, repeat schedules, completion and deletion history, and app preferences on your device. This information is used to display and organize your lists, run repeating tasks and goals, and schedule reminders.
The app and its widgets share local storage so widgets can display your lists. Trio does not provide cloud synchronization or a developer-hosted copy of your database. Your content is not sold or used for advertising or tracking.
Reminders and visible content
With your permission, Trio asks iOS to deliver local notifications. Reminders can contain a task or goal title. Widgets and notification previews may show this content on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, where other people could see it.
You can turn notifications off in Trio Settings or in the device's notification settings. Use the device's preview and widget settings to control what is visible. Trio does not request access to your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or Apple's calendar database.
Storage, deletion, and backups
Active and completed items remain on your device until you delete them. Items moved to Deleted are eligible for permanent removal after 30 days; cleanup runs when Trio performs maintenance, so items may remain longer if you do not open the app. You can also permanently delete an item from the Deleted page.
Permanent deletion removes the item from the active database. Local database-upgrade or recovery copies can still contain older records and are not rewritten when an individual item is deleted. Deletion is not a guarantee of immediate physical erasure from every backup.
Depending on your device settings, Apple's iCloud or computer backups may include Trio's local data. Those backups are managed by Apple or by you, not by Sean Singh. Restoring a backup may restore older app data. Deleting the app is different from offloading it: offloading keeps its documents and data. Removing the app does not delete existing device backups. Manage those separately in your device or backup settings.
Diagnostics
Trio has no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. It may write limited technical storage error codes to local system logs, without task titles or notes. Apple may process system diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple's policies.
This website
These pages are hosted by Cloudflare. Loading them sends ordinary web request information, such as your IP address, requested page, and browser information, to Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may process technical and security logs under its Privacy Policy.
These pages do not include advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or third-party fonts. They do not receive your Trio task database. Opening Privacy Policy or Support in the app opens your browser; it does not attach your task content.
If you email for help
Emailing support is optional. Sean Singh receives your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. They are used to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue, not for marketing. Email is handled through Gmail and your email provider; Google's processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal or security obligations. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing the same address. Please avoid sending sensitive task content; redact screenshots before sharing them. Sean cannot remotely access or delete the database stored on your device.
Changes and questions
If Trio's privacy practices change, this page and its update date will be revised. For questions about this policy or your information, contact Sean Singh at ss212ny@gmail.com.
